Calculating Your Delivery Date
You can calculate your delivery date as follows:

(Availability Listed on Product Page) + (Credit Approval/Payment Time) +
(Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Date

Please note that orders received after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Items with Different Availabilities
For orders that include items with different availabilities, the entire order will be shipped together. We offer Free UPS Airmail Shipping on all US orders.

International Ordering

To order please email shoevillage@gmail.com or call +1 718-762-1990. Please note, all services are provided in English.

Shipping Charges will be calculated upon learning the shipping address. Once the price has been confirmed the order shall be processed and shipped.

Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.

If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

All International orders, orders to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico do NOT include a free return and exchange shipment. Returns and exchanges will be made at the expense of the customer.

Any orders placed online with an international shipping address will be canceled
